Scott A. Roads
Founding Principal, Spectra Investment Management, LLC
Mr. Roads is the Founder of Spectra Investment Management, an independent SEC-registered advisor with offices in Stuart and West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, Scott applies his 25 years of discretionary portfolio management experience to overseeing all aspects of the firm’s investment framework.
Prior to founding Spectra in 2017, Scott was the Managing Director of the Northern Trust office in Stuart, Florida. There, he focused on investment management for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Also, at Northern Trust, Scott was a Regional Director for the investment practice. In that role, he trained and developed portfolio managers throughout the United States. Before Northern, he served as Director of Investments at Seacoast National Bank.

Scott earned an M.B.A. from the University of Miami and a B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Finance.
In Scott’s personal life, he is a father of 3 and husband of 1. His happy place is golfing, surfing, sailing, or National Park hopping with his family.
